This one goes up to a size 18 — well, a size 18 MONTHS. It's from justdresses.co.uk, which has all sorts of adorable little dresses for adorable little girls.
You know how, when you were a kid, you thought up ridiculous "jobs" that no one would ever pay you to do? Like "ice-cream taste tester" or "cartoon funniness rater"? Well, I've thought of a new one. I'd like to be a style consultant/personal shopper for little girls ages birth to about eight or nine. Talk about an easy job … finding cute clothes for little girls (at least until they hit the way-too-sophisticated tween years) is like finding ice in the arctic. They have all those great tights, all those peter pan collar blouses, and, of course, everything Oilily sells. (Warning: that last link is a really craptastic Flash site.) You could put together a cute little girl's outfit by randomly selecting any three items from their closets — I mean, that's how they do it, after all!
Anyway, if you hear of any job openings for "pre-tween stylist" (hey, doesn't Dakota Fanning need one?) let me know. In the meantime, I'll just order another funny t-shirt for my little boy. Of course, now that we're nearly the same size, I might have to order him this one, just so I can steal it:
A Dress A Day 
One of the best things about having a daughter is all the cute clothes! I also loved finding vintage patterns to use for my girl. Unfortunately, she’s getting too old for “cute”, and my next child is a boy.

I love the dress. Do you think if we fed it some growth hormone we could get to become a size 8 adult dress? It looks so 1930s with all those details. With a pair of Mary Janes this dress would be soo cute. For fall, you could just put on a pair of fire-engine red tights and a matching cardigan and you’d really be set to go!

CUTE! But I adore the T-shirt.i do spend and inordinate amount of time walking around thinking, “Whoa. Random.” so maybe that’s a shirt for me. Even though I doubt that I’d fit in the largest size.

I simultaneously LOVE and HATE gorgeous little girl clothes….love, because LOOK at them!!! And hate…..holy geez, she won’t fit in the stuff but for 2 weeks at best!! Unfair. So we thrift….recently came home with the most wonderful little brown corduroy button down long sleeve dress w/ applique red hearts, black horses & yellow fringe down the sides….many more pieces of brights & browns in corduroy for Fall. Cheap, and as you’ve mentioned….take any 3 & you can’t go wrong making a kicky little girls ensemble! Just add tights & boots! PS, I hear Dakota loves vintage….that ought to make your job even easier! Ang

Erin such a cute dress I would so wear this dress!!! I tried twice for a girl but I have 2 boys. I finaly got my little girl but I cant dress her up in cute little girls dresses ( she has 2 long ears and a cotton tail) but she is my little girl and I love her. I hope one day to have a grandaugher. I just have to say I so love the collars on this dress. I also love peter pan collars. According to Lucky Mag, Sept issue they are in again this year. Horray!!!The random shirt is cute. I bought my son a shirt a few years ago that said: Im out of bed and dressed what more do you want???? I bought me one too. I lost mine tho. Arrggg!

My first reaction when I saw your site today… “That’s my daughter’s dress” My Mother in Law bought it for my 20 month old ( She and I both live in the U.S. I have no idea where she bought it) . She looks adorable in it!!!!! Not only that but it washes beautifully. It still looks brand new and it’s been many times this summer.

Gah. Now I want to buy about 27 things from Boden, for a total bill of well over a thousand dollars, but A) I don’t have a thousand dollars, and B) they don’t make the awesome or random shirts in grownup sizes! Grr! So screw them, I’m just not going to buy anything. Hah!Those grapes were totally sour, too.

My mother just got her granddaugher a v. similar denim dress; the main point of difference is that where your example has a kind of bow-ed belt, hers has functional, flower embroidered pockets.You’ve never seen a three-year-old so charmed with “it’s got FLOWERS onnit–!” and “it’s got POCKETS–!” .
