Ah, That Touch of Mink! The ne plus ultra of the cocktail movie.Years ago, when there was still such a thing as revivial movie houses, my friends and I would try to think up themed film festivals. My favorite was movies containing fashion shows — Roberta, The Women, Singing in the Rain, and, of course, That Touch of Mink.I did get a little TTofM wish fulfillment when my mother had made for me a raincoat lined with the remnants of a very old fur coat of my grandmother’s.
